With this week’s PowerStart, XANGO has now completed 500 successful and consecutive commission runs. Always accurate. Always on time. This huge accomplishment is proof of pure performance. Happening behind the scenes, it’s not one of our showier achievements, yet nothing could be more important to a company’s health.
Before joining XanGo, I was employed by a technology company in the industry. There, my profession was to define and program compensation plans with my team. In total, I worked with over 60 different network marketing companies on their compensation plans and helped them with their commission runs. Through that experience, I know that only a select few companies reach this same milestone. On that exclusive list you’ll find the biggest, oldest and most recognizable names in the industry. Names like Amway, Avon and Mary Kay… and now XANGO.
Our director of data analysis, Ron Otterstrom, has been heavily involved in this feat of reliability, and he has shared why this milestone is so important to our company:
