Earlier this month, XanGo threw its first annual leadership summit in beautiful Melbourne Australia. It was Friday the 5th of February, to be exact, when this inaugural event roared to life in the form of a leadership focus group. And as proof that there’s nothing like a spontaneous sharing session between local leaders to produce a brilliant arsenal of recruiting and retention programs, that’s exactly what this gathering delivered. These leaders have their sights set on a brightly polished 2010.
As a quick follow-up to the first revelation, we gathered for a Distributor-organized “meeting before the meeting,” which was open to every Distributor and guest—130 people in total. The harmony here was its success as every leader in the market, regardless of upline, participated. Not only was it very well received—we even topped it off with a few new signups!
So, after a powerful pair of pre-meetings, eventide held the official recognition kickoff dinner for our leaders, where great food and friendly company marked one doozy of a birthday celebration for two of the attending leaders.
On Saturday we started early with the introduction of Mangosteen Pericarp Oil, complete with touchably soft demonstrations. General Manager Ryan Anderson next introduced the 2010 initiatives for Australia & New Zealand, rolling out a look at the active 2010 calendar.
The afternoon meetings were instant highlights thanks to our beloved 200K Select Annie Jesaulenko. She talked about the beginning and how companies often come and go… but XanGo, XanGo was her company, and if people had just stuck with it from the beginning, working every day, they would have been qualified for higher ranks than even she is by now. She challenged the group to go back to work, and then she committed herself to hitting the business-building trail again.
The summit ended on the high note of a meeting with XanGo Senior VP of International Brian Carmack. He shared his calculated reasoning for joining XanGo Nation and impressed on the leaders that they hold the answer to all their goals and dreams right in their own hands. As long as they step up and do their part, the company will always be here to stand behind them.
